Before joining ALETERIS, Elena held various engineering leadership positions, most recently as Principal Engineer at a machine learning infrastructure company, leading the team behind its model serving platform. She has also worked as a research engineer in computer vision, a backend engineer at a fintech startup, and a technical advisor to early-stage AI companies.
